• Paul Anderton, Founder/Managing Director

    Paul founded Bicycle in 2019. His previous role as Head of Marketing & Partnerships at AKA London saw him and his team lead promotions and partnerships campaigns for some of the UK’s most highly regarded arts organisations including the Royal Opera House, Tate Modern, the National Gallery and numerous West End shows including Matilda The Musical.

    Paul holds a master’s degree in Arts & Cultural Management and is co-author of two gardening books published by Hardie Grant: Propagate and Regrown, now translated in multiple languages.

  • Abigail Banville, Partnerships Director

    Abigail is our Partnerships Director, leading on client accounts and building relationships with brand partners.

    Bringing over a decade’s worth of partnerships experience with her, Abigail has worked both in house for Sony Music Entertainment and agency side at Brand Culture and AKA, delivering campaigns for a variety of arts and cultural organisations.

  • Will Roberts, Marketing Manager

    Will manages marketing activations for Bicycle, including building relationships with suppliers & media partners, securing the best opportunities for our clients.

    His past work at cultural organisations like Bishopsgate Institute bring him a wealth of experience in writing, content creation and CRM planning. Will studied Theatre at University of Leeds and began his career at Manchester’s prestigious Contact Theatre.
